What’s my size?

Many of the styles from the JORIK collection have an oversized fit. The actual fit, shape and fabric of each and every item can be found in the product descriptions. If you need further help, please feel free to contact our customer support via support@jorik.com.

Could you tell me a little bit more about a specific item?

Sure we can. The JORIK collection is made by a team of fashion professionals who know all the ins and out of the products. Get in touch with the customer service to ask your questions via support@jorik.com.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

If you want to make sure you’re able to get your hands on one of the items of the JORIK collection we suggest you move quick. Nearly all styles will be released only once and won’t get restocked.

ORDERS

Help, I have not received an order confirmation.

Normally, it may take up to two hours after you have placed your order to receive our confirmation email. Make sure to also check your spam inbox. Has the payment been processed but you haven’t received a confirmation within two hours? Please contact our customer service via support@jorik.com for assistance.

I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed our team instantly processes your order to ensure the quickest delivery possible. However, we all make mistakes sometimes, that’s only human. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order right away and if it hasn’t been processed yet, we are usually able to cancel the order for you. If it’s too late to cancel or change your order, please place a new order as soon as possible, since JORIK’s stock is limited, and return the order you wanted to cancel.

I have changed my mind, can I change my order too?

Did you have a change of heart? Once an order is placed our team instantly processes your order to ensure the quickest delivery possible. If you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order right away and if it hasn’t been processed yet, we are usually able to change the order for you. If it’s too late to change your order, please place a  new order as soon as possible, since JORIK’s stock is limited, and return the order you wanted to cancel.

 I’m looking forward to receiving my order, when will it be delivered?

 Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email within two hours. Next, we will start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered and you can start wearing your JORIK item(s).

 At the moment we offer the following different payment options:

  • Pay later with Klarna

My payment has failed. What to do?

If your payment failed after you went through the payment procedure you’ll get a notification. There are a few things you can try like deleting your cookies and cache data, using a different browser or using a different payment method. Still no luck? Please contact our customer services: support@jorik.com.

Is the purchase amount shown on your bank statement, however the order still seems to have failed? Contact our customer services as soon as possible by sending an email with the screenshot of the payment so that we can start processing your order.

I’m looking for my invoice, where to find it?

In the email you received containing the order confirmation you will find your invoice. If you can’t find the invoice in your account nor the confirmation email please contact our customer service via support@jorik.com so we can (re)send it to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 14 working days after we received your return we will refund your money using the same payment method you used to pay the order with.

What is VAT?

VAT or Value Added Tax, are the taxes paid on top of the value from sales of products or services. Both customers inside and outside the EU pay VAT on their purchases. If you purchase from within the EU the VAT is included in the price of our products. If you purchase from outside of the EU, it will be paid in the form of import duties.

DELIVERY

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Accidentally filled in the wrong shipping address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves or warehouse. Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been paid for and is completely processed, we can’t make any changes anymore.

My package hasn’t been delivered yet, where might it be?

Always check the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. The estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct? Please check you email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors address when you weren’t home to receive it or your delivery window may have been rescheduled. Still no luck? Get in touch with our customer support via support@jorik.com to ensure a quick delivery of your order.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You can return your ordered, unused items, that aren’t worn or washed within 14 days with the labels attached and in their original package using our return form.

I received a faulty item

You can return faulty items within 14 days after you received them. Get in touch with our customer service by sending an email including pictures to support@jorik.com

How can I return my order?

You can return your ordered, unused, items that aren’t worn or washed within 14 days with the labels attached and in their original package. Use the return form, that was added to your package, as follows:

  • fill in the return form and add it to the box.
  • the order is ready to be returned. Please go to a postal service of your liking and ship the box to the return address that is stated on the form.
  • please be aware that you will have to pay for the return costs.
  • after shipping your return you should receive a receipt with a tracking code. please hold this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. Once we have received your return we will do our best to process it quickly.

Can I exchange an item?

You can, using the same steps and form as you would if you’d return the items. However, due to the limited stock, we suggest returning the items you want to exchange and place a new order to ensure you receive the items you want.

Have you received my returned order?

As soon as we’ve received your returned items we’ll proces it the first working day. It takes a maximum of 14 working days to process your return. To make sure your return is on its way please check the T&T code of the parcel. Has the 14 working days passed please contact our customer service via support@jorik.com
